The KryoSheet graphene thermal pad (68 × 51 mm) is designed for large, high-performance processors. It provides consistent heat transfer across wide contact areas, making it suitable for Threadripper and Epyc series CPUs.
The layered graphene structure transfers heat efficiently and evenly. During production, the hexagonal graphite lattice is separated along the basal plane to maximize directional thermal conductivity. This process increases both heat and electrical conductivity, so the pad must be used as instructed.
